Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer to participate in the Pure Auto NZ’s 20 day satisfaction money back guarantee is open to the original purchaser of the product from Pure Auto NZ and is based in New Zealand only.
  2. The product was used as per instructions on the label and website blog entries.
  3. The products were not mixed with any other chemicals or fluids.
  4. The 20 day satisfaction guarantee applies to Pureest Car Care products only. It excludes Rupes products and Viarant Wheels products.
  5. Pure Auto NZ may verify the validity of your claim. Pure Auto NZ shall be entitled to reject any claim and prohibit any one from participating in the Offer if Pure Auto NZ deems there is an abuse of the Offer, a fraud in the claim, or an intent to jeopardise the fair operation of the Offer.
  6. By participating in the Offer, you accept these terms and conditions.
  7. Refunds will be made by direct deposit into your personal bank account no later than 14 days after your claim has been approved.
  8. One refund of one product only per household.
